Grievance & data rights

You have a human to write to.

Laws give you rights over your data. We think they are simply good manners. Here is how to use both.

Your rights, and how to use them today

Access & portability
Download everything — originals, records and a manifest — from Settings → Export, anytime. No request needed, no waiting.
Correction
Every record has an Edit page — fix titles, serials, dates and categories yourself. For account details (like your email) or anything you cannot edit, write to the Grievance Officer below.
Erasure
Delete a record from its page (24-hour recovery window), or your whole account — permanently — from Settings → Account → Delete account. Your password confirms it is really you.
Consent & withdrawal
We process only what the service needs — account email, your records, and anonymous counters. Nothing is sold or shared. Closing your account withdraws everything.

Grievance Officer

Under India's IT Rules, every intermediary names one. Complaints about your data, content on the service, or anything that needs a human decision go here — and get a response within 15 days.

If something breaks: our promise to you

If a security incident ever affects your data, we will not go quiet. We commit to notifying India's CERT-In and the Data Protection Board within their required windows (6 and 72 hours respectively), and — most importantly — writing to you directly with what happened, what data was involved, and what we are doing about it.
